Nursing - Letter of Recommendation

For BSN Generic and Evening/Weekend

Submit one letter of recommendation from an academic adviser, a teacher, an employer, or someone other than a friend or relative who can comment on the your academic background and/or character. Please note, there are two parts to the letter of recommendation and both have to be submitted;

1. Institution Form (Letter of Recommendation Form)
2. Letter of Recommendation written on school or company letterhead.

For BSN for RNs

Submit one letter of recommendation from an employer, academic adviser, a teacher, or someone other than a friend or relative who can comment on your ability as a practicing nurse who wishes to continue their nursing education. Please note, there are two parts to the letter of recommendation and both have to be submitted;

1. Institution Form (Letter of Recommendation Form)
2. Letter of Recommendation written on school or company letterhead.
