- OVID: Web: Medline (1966-present). This includes The Ovid Core BioMedical Collection and Ovid Nursing collection of 78 full-text journals. The HaPI database provides information on measurement instruments in the fields of healthcare, psychosocial sciences, organizational behavior, and library and information science.
- EBSCO: CINHAL and PRE-CINAHL. CINAHL is the authoritative resource for nursing and allied health professionals, students, educators and researchers. This database provides indexing for 2,928 journals from the fields of nursing and allied health. The database contains more than 1,000,000 records dating back to 1981.
- PubMed: use this library-specific link to view our holdings in the search results. Either click on author link or view in the "abstract" format. No password required.
- UpToDate: Clinical information tool covering peer-reviewed topics. Available at WSMC. No password required.
- Natural Database: Evidence-Based, Clinical Information on Natural Medicines. Contact library for password.
- National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC): Collection of clinical practice guideline available online.
- Centers for Disease Control: Public health information, statistics, oversees travel information and more.
- ClincialTrials.gov: Updated information on public and private clinical trials. Can be searched by disease, location, treatment, sponsor, etc.

- MedlinePlus: Collection of patient information from a variety of sources and includes a Medical encyclopedia. Also available in Spanish.
- Healthfinder: A service of the National Health Information Center, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, this site offers a health library, health news, online check-ups and more.

- Kidsheatlh: features sites geared towards parents, kids and teens.
