Bursar's Office

Welcome to the Office of the Bursar at West Suburban College of Nursing.
The Bursar Office bills and collects tuition & fees. In addition, this office processes and disburses all federal financial aid to students’ accounts and refunds any overpayments on student’s account.

General Information:
The Bursar bills approximately 4 weeks prior to the semester start date.  Out of pocket expenses are due 2 weeks prior to the 1st day of the semester. West Suburban College of Nursing is an e-billing institution this means that you will not receive a paper bill at home. It is imperative that student view their bill through Student Portal.
